Happy Birthday, Karl! It's the first time in 36 years that I haven't been with you on your birthday :( Those 36 years have been pretty good for the most part.

I know the kids and the grandchillins are taking good care of you -- they always do. Dinner at Hires is a nice way to celebrate.
You are a great dad and grandpa and a pretty good husband, too. All of the grandsons think you are pretty cool, but for some reason, Molly can only tell you to "go away Grandpa." Just give her time and she will love you like the other kids. Hope you've had a great day!
